If you considering a different hair cut or style, there is no time like the present. Working on your look is just as refreshing as turning over a new leaf internally. Whether its internal or external, even the smallest change to your style could brighten your days and put pep (or swag) back into your step. Invest in your skincare routine
Streamline your daily routine to allow yourself some time to incorporate products that really replenish your skin, not weigh it down. Look for products that exfoliate, cleanse and replenish moisture—make sure you invest in moisturizer with SPF to protect your skin from the sun. We don’t want to age any faster than we need to!! One major way to improve the appearance of your skin is to drink MORE water.
Eat veggies regularly
Whether you're slimming down or just staying healthy, vegetables are crucial for healthy hearts, healthy skin, strong vein and more. Remember health is wealth and what you eat accounts for at least 80% of your health.
Start doing yoga
Self-care is all about becoming one with yourself and becoming comfortable with your body. Yoga not only strengthens your muscles, but it helps you get more comfortable with your body and increases your physical confidence. Yoga goes beyond the body and helps relax your mind. Decorate your space with things that bring you joy.
Whether it’s adding a sprinkle of yellow color or adding a new plant to your space, we all need that simple pleasure of home décor. From family photos, the picture you painted in grade school, to your favorite pillow, decorating your home is one way to provide us with a level of comfort and joy.

Researchers have found that even thinking about an upcoming trip can boost happiness for weeks. Now that you’ve saved money, your skin is glowing, you’re physically stronger and looking 5 years younger, it’s time to take that vacation. My only question is, where are “we” going this year? My vote is for Bali and the United States Virgin Islands😊!
